NKK HAMAR INTERNATIONAL SHOW 04.10.09

The last show of the year for us was at Hamar at NKK's International Show. I was quite modest this time and was only entering two dogs, the dogs however were not modest at all, Gennaro got his cac number 5 and his first cacib and became BOB Bolognese, here is the critic from judge Claudio de Giuliani from Italy;

Right size. excellent type, well strong scull, well rounded eyes, could be a little more compact in body, correct topline and carriage of tail, correct chest, excellent moves, correct coat. 

He added afterwards that this dog was the perfect Bolognese for him, nice words from an Italian judge :)

Keanu did his part, got his cac number six and cacib number two of the year and ended as BOS Little Lion dog, judge here was Mona K Selbach from Norway;

Very good size and type, good head proportions, good bite, nice eyes, good neck and topline, sufficient angulations, well developed body, good bones, correct carried tail, good moves, good coat and colour.

Then it just reminds to thank all friends and competitors for a very nice season in and outside of the showring, see you all in 2010 !

VESTNES NATIONAL DOGSHOW 04.07.2009

For the third weekend in a row it was a show weekend :) This time the trip went to Vestnes, just about an hours drive away from home. It was another hot and sunny day and an other day with tons of prizes!!  Judge for all my breeds was Ramune Kazlauskaite from Rumenia.

Keanu got his cac number 4 and got BOB little lion dog, here is his critic;

Correct size, very good bones, nice masculine head, dark eyes, very good topline, correct tail,very good developed chest, correct angulations, nice coat.

Gennaro got his cac and BOB number 3, also with excellent critic;

Very good size and proportions, very good head with good pigmentation, excellent topline, good developed chest, correct coat.

Sonny was entering the ring again afte having been limping at Oppdal 2 weeks ago, this time he moved fine.

Correct size, very good head and proportions, excellent topline, deep and good chest, excelent coat.

We had a very warm but memorable day in Stjørdal where the Norwegain Kenel Club arranged an International Show, both my "little boys" won their CAC and took a huge step towards becoming champions next year. Keanu also got cacib and BOS, while Gennaro still a junior got BOB. Here are their lovely critics:

Keanu: Good overall type, masculine expression, lovely head, short square muzzle, good neck, excellent front, good lenght of legs, good hing angulations, excellent coat texture and grooming, ok momevent. Judge Andreas Schemel, Austria.

Gennaro; A very nice example of the breed, correct coat, lovely head and expression, nice dark eyes, moves typically. Judge Jacki Jacson, South-Africa. 

NATIONAL SHOW IN ÅLESUND 23.05.2009

Dennis, Keanu and Diamond with great success at the show in Ålesund

We had an other great day at the National dog show in Ålesund, this time I was attending Keanu, Diamond, Sonny and Dennis.

Dennis was entering the ring for the very last time and got his cc/cac number 81, almost 11 years old, he got 2nd best male Coton, but now he has retired and will live a happy life at home as a pensioner :)

Sonny got BOB Coton, Diamond once again got BOB Havanais and Keanu got his second cac and BOB Little Lion Dog. Can't do any better :) 

NATIONAL SHOW AT SUNNDALSØRA 26.04.2009

2 proud juniors got their first CAC and BOB at Sunndalsøra

We had an incredible day at Sunndalsøra where my 2 juniors got therir first CAC and BOB, Keanu got BOB Little Lion Dog while Gennaro got BOB Bolognese. In addition Diamond got BOB Havanais and Sonny cc and 2nd best male Coton de Tulear.  We spent a lovely sunny day outside in real summer weather and brought with us home so many great memories. Thank you all for a nice day at the show.

Judge for all four breeds was Mona Selbach, and here is what she wrote:

Keanu: Very good type, good seize and proportions, good expression, good bite, sufficient angulations, good body for age, good tail, good pigmentation, good bones and momement.

Gennaro: 10 months old, excellent type, good head and expression, good pigmentation, nice ears, good topline and body, good tailset, good bones, well develped for age in body and coat.

Diamond: Excellent type, well developed champion, head with nice expression, good bite, good ears, good neck and angulations, good topline, excellent body, good movements, good bones and coat.

Sonny: Excellent type, good head, good pigmentation, good bite, good ears and neck, correct topline, well developed body, good angulations, good tailset, could be more positive in hind movements, good coat and colour.
